I am regularly using the hand pieces supplied by NPS Medical Device for AMO Compact Ellipse Fx Phaco.Not only do I find it economical, but their after sale service too is a cut above.The extreme level cooperation exhibited by NPS in general and Piyushbhai in particular is something worth mentioning.Once when we had some problems with the phaco and when the service engineer was not sure whether the problem was HP related or machine related (happens when you do not use company supplied high cost HP), Piyushbhai sent me two extra HP without any security or issues.When all of them did not work, only then, did the phaco service team deployed their senior engineer and rectified my issue (which they kept on blaming on the HP till then).Even during lock down, their team, inspite of being in red zone, was always ready for help.Hope you keep up these high standards and live up to the promise.....
